Snyder Oak COVID-19 tests come back negative

Scurry County officials announced Tuesday that the final COVID-19 test results for staff and residents at Snyder Oaks had been received and all were negative except for the three previously reported positive tests of two employees and one resident.

On Tuesday, they also reported three new positive test results and five recoveries.

TDCJ officials announced Monday the Price Daniel Unit remains under precautionary lockdown and that 25 individuals were moved off medical restriction and one had been moved off medical isolation. There are no recoveries yet listed for the unit.
