ABILENE — Of all the wins Hermleigh head coach and Wylie High School graduate Duane Hopper was a part of in the Wylie High School gym during his playing days, the Lady Cardinals’ 44-41 win over the Eula Lady Pirates in the regional quarterfinals may be his biggest yet. “This is probably the sweetest win I’ve been a part of in this gym,” he said.
