Lady Westerners fall to Ranger

RANGER — The Western Texas College softball team lost a doubleheader to Ranger College on Tuesday.
WTC lost the first game, 8-3. In the second game, Ranger scored six runs in the fourth inning to claim a 7-5 win.
In the first game, Taliilagi Viliamu hit a home run and single with two RBIs while Priscilla Guzman had two singles and two stolen bases.
In the second game, Alyssa Adames hit three singles while Viliamu had a home run.
The Lady Westerners will host McCook Community College in a doubleheader Friday. The first game is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
