LUBBOCK — The Western Texas College Lady Westerners’ softball season ended with a 14-7 loss to Odessa College in the National Junior College Athletic Association Region V West Softball Tournament Sunday.
WTC (29-32) opened the tournament with a 5-4 win over Clarendon College. The Lady Westerners lost to Howard College 7-1, but won two games Saturday against El Paso Community College 6-4 and Midland College 4-3.
Howard defeated Odessa in the championship game.
