IRA — Shailee Manning and Alyssa Goodwin combined to score 44 points in No. 10 Ira’s 57-37 victory over Westbrook in a District 12-1A basketball game Tuesday.
Manning scored 23 points and had three assists. Goodwin had 21 points and nine rebounds. Sierra Welch had five steals. while Madison Peterson and Lexie Hanshew each had three assists.
The Lady Bulldogs (20-2, 4-0) led 11-8 at the end of the first quarter and 24-22 at halftime. Ira outscored Westbrook 19-5 during the third quarter.

HERMLEIGH — Dylan Randolph, Kyler Roemisch and Eli Garza each scored in double figures to help the Hermleigh Cardinals defeat Highland 47-35 in a district game.
Randolph and Roemisch each finished with 14 points while Garza added 11 points.

Hermleigh will play at Westbrook on Friday.
