The Snyder Lady Tigers will open preseason practice Monday morning.
The Lady Tigers will practice twice each day, from 8-10:30 a.m. and 1-3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday at Tiger Gym.
Snyder will host a scrimmage at 9 a.m. Aug. 5 and participate in a scrimmage in Big Spring beginning at 9 a.m. Aug. 6.
The Lady Tigers will practice from 4-7 p.m. Aug. 8 before opening the season at home against Hawley Aug. 9.
T’Leah Eicke, Snyder ISD’s girls’ athletic coordinator, will be the head coach while Liz Kimbell and Mindi Bredemeyer will be the assistants.
Snyder’s non-district schedule will include matches against Post, Shallowater, Water Valley, Littlefield, Abilene Cooper, Breckenridge and Monahans. The Lady Tigers will play at the Shallowater, Graham and Argyle tournaments.
Snyder will play in District 5-4A with Abilene Wylie, Big Spring, Brownwood and Sweetwater. The district opener will be at Sweetwater on Sept. 23.
All district matches will be played on Tuesdays and Fridays.
