STAMFORD — The Snyder Tigers defeated Lueders-Avoca and Munday Friday to earn a rematch at 7 p.m. today against Stamford in the Stamford Shootout final.
Snyder defeated Lueders-Avoca 49-14 and claimed a 52-32 victory over Munday. No individual scoring was available.
The Tigers (11-1) will play at San Angelo Lake View Monday.
Ira 76, Midland Trinity 39
MIDLAND — Sierra Welch scored 27 points and had 10 rebounds as the Ira Lady Bulldogs defeated Midland Trinity 76-39 in a non-district basketball game Friday.
The Lady Bulldogs led 36-16 at halftime and outscored Trinity 40-22 in the second half.
Madison Peterson scored 22  points and had eight rebounds and seven steals. Shailee Manning had 11 points and 11 assists.
The Lady Bulldogs (12-2) will play at Spur Tuesday.

Blackland Divide Tournament
ROSCOE — The Ira Bulldogs lost to Highland 44-26 in the consolation bracket of the Blackland Divide Tournament.
Emanuel Cabrera led Ira with six points while Kaven Dillard added five points.
The Bulldogs (2-7) were scheduled to play one game today.

Hooptown Tournament
STANTON —The Snyder Lady Tigers lost to Coahoma 42-34 in the consolation bracket of the Stanton Hooptown Tournament.
Alize Conner led Snyder with 10 points. Bailey Garcia had seven points and Kirsti Pierce added six points.
The Lady Tigers (1-10) were scheduled to play their final tournament game today.

Klondike Cougar Classic
KLONDIKE —The Hermleigh Cardinals won one of two games at the Klondike Cougar Classic.
Hermleigh defeated Sterling City 56-52 in overtime and lost to Water Valley, 60-32.
Kyler Roemisch scored 16 points against Sterling City while Dylan Randolph added nine points. Against Water Valley, Roemisch had 14 points and Randolph scored eight points.
The Cardinals were scheduled to play in the third place game today.
