Shirley J. Fuller

1937-2023

Shirley J. Fuller, 86, of Plymouth, IN, passed away on December 24 in Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home of Plymouth, IN.

Shirley was born to Robert Dale and Maleta (Brubaker) Kesler on January 22, 1937 in Rochester, IN. She attended Argos High School. She married John Fuller on September 3, 1990 and he preceded her in death on August, 7, 2022. She worked as a clerical bookkeeper in corrections. She attended New Song Church of Plymouth, IN. She enjoyed playing keyboard in her younger days. She was an avid book reader, and she enjoyed adult coloring books, playing Bingo with her friends, and jigsaw puzzles. She had a witty, friendly, and outgoing personality, a wonderful sense of humor, and loved to tell jokes. She was also blessed with seven children.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; her grandsons, William Dale and Allen Quimby; and her sister, Janet Fear.

Shirley is survived by her children Louise and husband John Metsker of Plymouth, IN, Robert Dale and wife Linda Bauman of Richmond, KY, Cathy Unger of Palm Bay, Fl, MaLeta and husband Bart DeWitt of Argos, IN, Linda Lou and husband Bill Niederbrach of Richmond, KY, Mark Baumann of Goshen, IN and Mary and husband Steve Morehouse of Elkhart, IN; her 16 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Cremation has been chosen and no services are planned at this time.

Memorial donations may be made to the Marshall County Human Society P.O. Box 22, Plymouth, IN 46563 in Shirley’s name.
