• Arrests
Two people, a 36-year-old male and a 23-year-old female, were arrested at 9:11 a.m. Tuesday in the 6100 block of CR 485 for assault causing bodily injury, family violence.
A 26-year-old male was arrested at 10:44 a.m. Tuesday in the 2900 block of Ave. J for driving while license invalid with previous convictions.
At 4:03 p.m. Tuesday, a 42-year-old male was arrested in the 500 block of 28th Street on Snyder municipal court warrants for driving while license invalid and displaying an expired registration.
Snyder police responded to a fight at the 7-Eleven on Coliseum Drive at 4:49 p.m. Tuesday. A 47-year-old male was arrested at the scene for assault and public intoxication.
A 29-year-old male was arrested in the 400 block of Coliseum Drive at 11:47 p.m. Tuesday for driving while intoxicated.
At 12:40 a.m. today, a 33-year-old male was arrested in the 3700 block of Ave. V for public intoxication.
• Possible gun shots
A person in the 300 block of 36th Place reported hearing possible gunshots at 6:14 pm. Tuesday. Police reported all was in order.
• Thefts
A theft was reported at 9:40 a.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of 33rd Street.
At 3:11 p.m. Tuesday, a resident in the 1500 block of Ave. I reported a theft.
• Accident
At 11:35 a.m. Tuesday, a two-vehicle accident was reported on the Subway parking lot.
• Illegal dumping
A complaint of illegal dumping was made at 4:12 p.m. Tuesday by a resident in the 2800 block of North CR 253.
• Animal concerns
Dogs at-large were reported at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of 36th Street and at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday on Gary Brewer Road.
• Tuesday blotter notes
Scurry County EMS responded to four medical calls.
Four non-accident, traffic-related calls were received.
One alarm was reported.
One welfare check was requested.
Three close patrols were requested.
Law enforcement responded to seven civil issues.
