Blood drives to be held in Snyder

United Blood Services of Lubbock has two blood drives scheduled in Snyder. 

Western Texas College will host a drive from 9 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Tuesday on the campus and the Cogdell Memorial Hospital Auxiliary will host one from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 18 in the Colonial Hill Baptist Church fellowship hall. 

United Blood Services has several blood drives scheduled in Scurry County throughout the year, including three hosted by Snyder High School, Ira ISD and Hermleigh ISD next month.

Hospital Auxiliary president Linda Williams said the group would like the public’s help in donating blood.
