Scurry Community Services and Midessa Ruff Ryders, a bike organization based in the Midland and Odessa area, have been collecting coats, blankets, scarfs, gloves and winter hats to donate to the Scurry County Food Cupboard, Snyder Shares Store and to distribute in Midland and Odessa.
