Community Bank of Snyder announced a promotion and re-elected officers and directors at its annual shareholders’ meeting, which was held Tuesday.
Chris Stanfield was promoted to assistant cashier.
Joe Jackson, Ralph Miller, Max von Roeder, Nolan von Roeder, Kris Seale, Mike Valentine, John Ward and Bill Wilson were re-elected to the board of directors.
Officers re-elected were Jackson, president and chief executive officer; Jack Gorman, senior executive vice president; and Helen McLeod, executive vice president.
Louis Soliz was re-elected senior vice president and cashier.
Kristi Menix and Doug Scott were re-elected as senior vice presidents.
Rad Eicke was re-elected as vice president.
Paula Bond, Lois Brewster, Ellie Gonzales and Kelli Long were re-elected as assistant vice presidents.
Carmen Bryant, Dianna Egan, Melinda Landry, Michelle Nichols, JoAnn Snider and Elizabeth Whitefield were re-elected and join Stanfield as assistant cashiers.
