The first closed session will be to discuss an employee’s health insurance costs. The second will be to discuss prospects, incentives and real property.
Any action from the discussions will be taken in open session.
The board will also vote on an updated revitalization plan. Executive Director Bill Lavers said the board will be presented with information for future projects, which will be presented during the meeting. Funding those projects will also be considered by the board.
Directors will also review the latest financial information during the meeting, which will begin at 7 a.m. in the DCOS office boardroom, located at 2514 Ave. R. The meeting is open to the public.
