Election may be postponed

The Snyder City Council election featuring a race between incumbent Steve Rich and challenger Mitch Hickman to represent District 2, will likely be postponed until November.
The council will meet by telephone on Monday to vote on moving the election, currently scheduled for May 2, to Nov. 3. To join the Zoom meeting, go to www.zoom.com and click on Join a Meeting and use Meeting ID: 695 416 555 and Password: 946966. To join by phone, (301) 715-8592.
