With the Winter Wonderland Lighted Christmas parade set Saturday, Josh Oregon, events coordinator at the Snyder Chamber of Commerce, said more entries are needed.
“We only have about 12 floats registered so far,” he said.
Anyone can sign up at the chamber office. There is no entry fee. Lineup will begin at 5:30 p.m. on the Snyder Shopping Center parking lot. The parade will travel down College Ave. to the square.
Activities at the Downtown Plaza include live music, refreshments and a live Nativity scene.
Santa Claus will fly in by helicopter, weather permitting, and land on the First Baptist Church parking lot. He will also officially light the community Christmas tree located in the plaza.
