Five people arrested for grand jury indictments

Five people were arrested after being indicted during the Scurry County grand jury’s October session. The District Clerk’s office released the indictments followed the arrests.

Natalia Patrice Turner, 38, of Temple, was arrested after her indictment for bail jumping and failure to appear, a third degree felony. Turner was charged in the indictment for failing to appear in court on Aug. 10 in accordance with the terms of her release after being arrested on a felony charge of theft under $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. Turner’s bond was set at $20,000.

Dallas Jason Fancher, 47, of Aurora, Colo., was arrested following his indictment for second degree felony possession of a controlled substance. He was charged with possessing more than four grams, but less than 200 grams, of methamphetamine on July 28, 2016. His bond was set at $15,000.

Craig Allen Lawson, 55, of Elk Grove, Calif., was arrested on an indictment for second degree felony possession of a controlled substance. The indictment charges him with possessing more than four grams, but less than 200 grams, of methamphetamine on Dec. 4. Lawson’s bond was set at $15,000.

Jason Lee Gambrell, 35, of Abilene, was arrested after being indicted on a state jail felony charge of possession of marijuana. The indictment alleges he possessed more than four ounces, but less than five pounds, of marijuana on April 1. His bond was set at $5,000.

Caliber Faye Vigneau, 29, of Snyder, was arrested following her indictment for state jail felony possession of a controlled substance. She was alleged to have possessed less than one gram of methamphetamine on July 8. Her bond was set at $5,000.
