Grand jury indicts four

A grand jury in the 132nd Judicial District Court recently indicted four individuals on five charges, including one man on counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child.
Billy Rodriguez, 51, of Snyder, was indicted on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first-degree felony. Rodriguez was also indicted on a third-degree felony charge of indecency with a child. Both indictments stem from incidents that allegedly occurred in 2018, with two different children. Bonds were set at $25,000 and $10,000 for the two charges, respectively.
Wendy Renee Goodman, 44, of Snyder, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, a third-degree felony. The indictment alleges that in September 2019, Goodman was found in possession of between one and four grams of methamphetamine.
Bond was set at $5,000.
Jeremy Heath Kildow, 34, of Snyder, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated (third offense or more), a third-degree felony. According to the indictment, Kildow was intoxicated while operating a motor vehicle in July 2019. 
Bond was set at $5,000.
Rebecca Frausto Fuentez, 42, of Snyder, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, a state-jail felony. In April 2019, Fuentez was found in possession of less than a gram of methamphetamine, the indictment alleged. 
Bond was set at $5,000.
