Billy Ray Kenley, 60, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Coliseum Drive for possession of a controlled substance and a warrant for surety withdrawal for possession of marijuana.
Cody Loy Douglass, 47, was arrested at 3 a.m. Monday in the 2900 block of Ave. X on a warrant for insufficient bond on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
