The National Association of Letter Carriers will hold its 24th annual Stamp Out Hunger campaign on May 14.
Letter carriers in Snyder will be collecting food during the drive. Residents may leave non-perishable food items by the mailbox in a bag.
The letter carriers will pick up the bags and all items will be donated to the Scurry County Food Cupboard.
Last year, more than 71 million pounds of food was donated nationally, which fed an estimated 30 million people. Throughout its history, Stamp Out Hunger has collected more than 1 billion pounds of food.
