This year’s Scurry County Ministerial Alliance’s community Thanksgiving worship service will be held at First United Methodist Church on Sunday.
The service will begin at 6 p.m. The community is invited to gather, listen to a message of thanksgiving and help the alliance with its efforts.
A love offering of peanut butter and jelly for the Scurry County Food Cupboard and monetary donations will be accepted.
Funds will go toward programs provided by the ministerial alliance, an organization of congregational leaders who want to make the Snyder a great place to live, worship and serve.
Following the service, refreshments will be served in Wesley Hall.
