More rain possible through Wednesday

Snyder received 0.84 of an inch of rain over the weekend and the National Weather Service is forecasting more precipitation this week.
The weather service is calling for isolated thunderstorms in the area tonight with a 20 percent chance of rain.
On Tuesday, a 20 percent chance of rain is in the forecast throughout the day. On Wednesday, a 20 percent chance of rain is in the forecast.
Skies will remain mostly cloudy Wednesday night, but rain is not part of the forecast. Lows on Wednesday will be in the mid 40s, the lowest of the month.
On Thursday and Friday, the weather service is forecasting mostly sunny skies with a high in the mid 60s.
A slight chance of showers will return to the forecast on Saturday.
With the weekend rain total, Snyder has received 25.76 inches of rain this year.
At this time last year, Snyder had received 27.38 inches of rain.
