Below freezing temperatures and near blizzard conditions will continue to blanket Scurry County through at least Thursday.
National Weather Service meteorologist Matthew Johnson said that the weather system caused every Texas county to be placed under a winter weather advisory at the same time for the first time in the state’s history.
