• Arrests
John Tracy Loyola, 31, was arrested at 11:26 a.m. Friday in the 12000 block of CR 3132 for felony assault of a family/household member with a previous conviction.
A 37-year-old male was arrested in the 2700 block of Denson Road in Hermleigh at 2:06 p.m. Friday for assault, family violence.
At 12:30 a.m. today, a 40-year-old female was arrested in the 1800 block of FM 1673 on warrants for expired motor vehicle registration, no insurance and driving while license invalid.
• Thefts
A person went to the law enforcement center at 1:12 p.m. Friday to report unauthorized transactions on her bank account.
At 5:01 p.m. Friday, jewelry was reported missing from a residence in the 1500 block of CR 132.
• Accidents
A hit-and-run was reported in front of the Snyder High School gymnasium at 3:09 p.m. Friday.
A two-vehicle accident was reported at the intersection of 42nd Street and Denison Ave. at 10:36 p.m. Friday.
• Fire
A controlled burn was called in at 2:22 p.m. Friday from the 4300 block of U.S. Hwy. 180.
• Animal concerns
A calf was loose at the intersection of CR 242 and CR 243 at 7:59 a.m. Friday.
A dog was at-large in the 2400 block of Gilmore Ave. at 2:34 p.m. Friday.
At 7:58 p.m. Friday, a dog bite was reported in the 600 block of 27th Street.
