This is the police blotter from the Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2015 edition.
• Arrest
A 28-year-old female was arrested at 7:06 p.m. Monday in the 1300 block of Coliseum Drive for driving while intoxicated.
• Burglaries
An officer was requested at Stars R Us Tumbling and Trampolines at 11:52 a.m. Monday in reference to a vehicle being broken into on Thursday.
A break-in was reported at 1:24 a.m. today in the 1200 block of 29th Street.
• Accidents
An accident was reported at 7:04 a.m. Monday at the intersection of College Ave. and 37th Street. No injuries were reported.
A one-vehicle accident was reported at 9:20 p.m. Monday in the 2500 block of Hwy. 208. One person was transported to Cogdell Memorial Hospital.
• Fire
A person reported seeing smoke, but no flames, in a residence in the 2900 block of 42nd Street at 3:13 a.m. today. The caller also advised there was a strong smell of gas. The Snyder Fire Department advised that when firefighters arrived, the fire was already out, the house was being ventilated and all was in order.
• Animal concerns
Two dogs were at-large in the 1700 block of 28th Street at 8:36 a.m. Monday.
Cows were loose on Ennis Creek Road at 10:54 a.m. Monday.
• Monday blotter notes
Scurry County EMS responded to three medical calls.
Four non-accident, traffic-related calls were received.
Three alarms were reported.
Two close patrols were requested.
One welfare check was requested.
Law enforcement responded to one civil issue.
