A Snyder man was indicted by a Scurry County grand jury last month for bail jumping/failure to appear, a third-degree felony.
Joe Adam Perez, 41, was arrested on April 7 for intentionally failing to appear in court in accordance with the terms of his release from custody on a pending felony charge.
The grand jurors learned that Perez was previously convicted of arson in Garza County in March 2000 and convicted of bail jumping/failure to appear in Scurry County in June 2009.
Bond has been placed at $100,000.
