A Snyder woman is headed to state jail after pleading guilty to a burglary charge in District Judge Ernie B. Armstrong’s courtroom this week.
Marna Rene Hegedus, 56, was charged with second-degree felony burglary of a habitation. In exchange for her plea, she was given a five-year sentence.
She was also ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $919 in court and attorney fees.
On May 5, Hegedus attempted to steal household furniture from her victim.
