SPS sets kindergarten roundup for May 7-8

Snyder Primary School will hold a pre-kindergarten and kindergarten round-up May 7-8. 
Parents may register their children from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days in the main office. 
Students must be four years old by Sept. 1 to be eligible for pre-kindergarten and five years old by Sept. 1 to be eligible for kindergarten. 
Parents should bring the child’s birth certificate, Social Security card and immunization records. 
Other required documents parents need to bring are a parent ID, proof of residency and proof of guardianship, if the person is not the parent.
Parents registering a student for pre-kindergarten will also have to provide proof of income, officials said.
