Tuesday’s Planning and Zoning Commission meeting postponed

The City of Snyder Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Tuesday was postponed.
The meeting was rescheduled to 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18, in the council chambers at Snyder City Hall.
The commission was scheduled to consider calling for a public hearing for the City of Snyder’s comprehensive plan and to consider adopting regulations requiring certain architectural styles and a minimum percentage of masonry on store fronts in order for the city to have more “control” over visitors’ and residents’ first impression of Snyder, according to a memo to the commission from Zoning Administrator Vick Chambers.
