Investigation into an accident that occurred Wednesday afternoon is still ongoing, according to Snyder Police Sgt. Whitney Merket.
The accident occurred at the intersection of 37th Street and College Ave., and involved two vehicles and a pedestrian.
According to the report on the incident, Scurry County dispatch received two calls reporting a vehicle-pedestrian accident and an unoccupied vehicle “rolling down the hill toward Prosperity Bank.”
Merket said the report of the rolling vehicle is still under investigation.
One man was treated by Scurry County EMS at the scene before being flown to Abilene.
An offense report for driving while intoxicated and two accident reports were issued in connection with the accident.
