WTC board to vote on volleyball coach

The Western Texas College board of trustees, on Monday, will consider the head volleyball coach vacancy.
George Hamilton resigned as the volleyball coach and Athletic Director Tammy Davis will present her recommendation.
Also during the meeting, the board will hold a closed session for a student’s grievance hearing. Any action from the closed session will be conducted when the board reconvenes in open session.
The only other action for the board is to vote on the minutes of the Dec. 14 meeting and the December 2015 financial information.
The meeting will begin at 12:15 p.m. in the Palmer Hall boardroom and is open to the public.
