Willis Hoxsey Sr.
1960-2019
Willis Richard Hoxsey Sr., 59, died Thursday, March 21, 2019.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home. 

Robert Kidd
1925-2019
Robert “Pop” Kidd, 93, died Thursday, March 21, 2019 in Snyder. 
Funeral arrangements are pending at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Lonnie Loper
1930-2019
Horace Leonidas “Lonnie” Loper, 88, of Lubbock and formerly of Snyder, died Wednesday, March 20, 2019 in  Big Spring.
Graveside service for Mr. Loper will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Snyder Cemetery with the Rev. Steve Highfield officiating. The service will be under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Born on Dec. 20, 1930 in Sweetwater to William Riley Loper and Nora Smith, he married Betty Mae Riley on Sept. 18, 1950 in Portales, N.M. She preceded him in death on March 10, 1985. He later married Willie Mae on April 17, 1997. She preceded him in death in January 1998. 
Mr. Loper was a drilling supervisor for WestTx and DB drilling companies. He enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing, camping and raising cattle. He also enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports and being with his family.
He was also preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Mitchell Dean Loper and Joel Loper; four brothers, Jessie Loper, Bob Loper, Dean Loper and Elvin Loper; and two sisters, Kay Vaughn and Barbara Lefever.
Survivors include three daughters, Linda Harlow and her husband, Russell, of Odessa, Debra Yandrich and her husband, David, of Snyder and Darla White of Broken Bow, Okla.; three sons, Jerry Loper and his wife, Glenda, of Atlanta, Wayne Loper of Snyder and Richard Loper and his wife, Christie, of Lubbock; one sister, Wanda Lee of Union; one brother, W.R. Loper of Big Spring; 23 grandchildren; 62 great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
