FRISCO — Western Texas College’s Travis Riley and the women’s 1600-meter relay team won their events at Friday’s indoor track and field meet at the Ford Center.
Riley had a jump of 24-9 in the long jump. Kimisha Chambers, Segale Brown, Britaney Duncan and Cameka Witter had a time of 3:48.14.
Deborah Acquah broke school records in the women’s long jump (18-11) and triple jump (40-7). Abigail Kwareng cleared 5-8 in the high jump to set a school record.
WTC will compete at the New Mexico Junior College Open in Hobbs, N.M. Saturday.
