Ronnie Gene Fisk, Sr., 78, passed away in Snyder on February 21.
Mr. Fisk was born on November 23, 1944 in Carmi, Illinois to Donald Rodman and Rosa Lavina (Witte) Fisk. He married Diane Lewis on April 9, 1975, in Snyder. He loved his family, drawing and playing chess.
He was preceded in death by parents; brothers, Donald Rodman Fisk, Jr and Lonnie Ray Fisk, Sr.; son, Ronald Gene Fisk, Jr.; son-in-law, Chad Aaron Martin, Sr.; and grandson, Howard Otis Killian, II.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Fisk of Snyder; sons, John Robert Burton of PA, Duncan Ray Fisk and wife Erica of Garland, Dewey Rodman Fisk and wife Loratta of Covington, Randy James Fisk and wife Lydia of Snyder, Boris DeWayne Fisk and wife Melissa of Snyder and Jason Aaron Fisk and wife Jessica of Snyder; daughters, Peggy Sue Murdock of Ira, Sandy LaRue Watson and husband Ricky of Ira, Rebecca Lee Fisk of Tyler, Amanda Ruth Martin of Snyder and Jennifer Diane Flynn and husband Tim of Mammoth, AZ; 37 grandchildren; 70 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; brother, Russell Fisk and wife Laura of Snyder; sisters, Rosemary Burton and husband Bobby of Snyder, Velma Huntley and husband Ed of Westbrook, Tonya Parks of Snyder, and Laura Settles of Snyder; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family Visitation was February 23 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Miller Family Funeral Home. Funeral services were February 24 at 2 p.m. at Lighthouse Assembly of God with Danny Williams officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home at Pyron Cemetery.
