Jose G. Torres, 58, died Saturday, February 6, 2021.
Family visitation is planned for Tuesday, February 9, 2021 from 5-7 p.m. at Miller Family Funeral Home. A funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Paz Hernandez officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.
Torres was born on March 19, 1962 in San Luis, Potosi, Mexico to Ignacio and Martha (Gonzalez) Torres. He married Maria Rebolloso on August 18, 1984. He loved spending time with his boys and grandchildren, music, working and playing his accordion.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ignacio Torres.
He is survived by his wife, Maria Torres of Snyder; nine sons, Antonio Rodriguez and his wife, Sonia, of Moorpark, Calif., Alfredo Rodriguez and his wife, Violet, of Moorpark, Calif., Cristopher Torres of Moorpark, Calif., Jon Christian Torres and his wife, Maryl, of Moorpark, Calif., Juan Manuel Torres of Austin, Hector Joel Torres of Snyder, Cesar Alejandro Torres and his wife, Alexis, of Snyder, Jose Hilario Torres of Snyder and Andres Alberto Torres of Snyder; 20 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; his mother, Martha Gonzalez Torres of Snyder; three brothers, Robert Torres and his wife, Monica, of Austin, Ignacio Torres and his wife, Tina, of Santa Paula, Calif. and Emmanuel Torres of Snyder; and three sisters, Emily Ynguanzo and her husband, Frank of, Snyder, Maria Garcia and her husband, Daniel, of Snyder and Jacinta Ruiz and her husband Jesus of Santa Paula, Calif.
