Claire Miller Bell 1930-2023 Claire (Smith) Miller Bell passed away on February 22 in Abilene at the age of 92.   She was born in California and moved with her family to Texas where she attended schools in Gorman, Rankin and Hondo. She moved to Clute and married Norman Miller in 1958 and they had two children, Steven and Cheryl Miller. She was employed by Dow Chemical Company for many years. In…
