Lewis Tat Dodson Sr., 67, died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2019 in Snyder.

Born on Aug. 7, 1952 in Hobbs, N.M. to Floyd Tat and Martha Irene (Warren) Dodson, he married Linda Brammer on Sept. 25, 1974 in Snyder. She preceded him in death on April 20, 2010. He was a member of the Lighthouse Assembly of God and enjoyed fishing and mechanic work.
He was also preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Tat and Martha Irene (Warren) Dodson; one brother, Billy Dodson; three brothers-in-law, J.C. Goolsby, Raymond Wright and Steve Botts; and one sister-in-law, Marie Dodson.
Survivors include one son, Lewis Tat Dodson Jr. and his wife, Trisha, of Ira; two brothers, Alvin Dodson and his wife, Ann, and Jimmy Dodson and his wife, Janet, all of Snyder; two sisters, Martha Goolsby and Mary Wright, both of Snyder; two grandsons, Tyler Frazier and his wife, Shelby, of Cypress and Tanner Dodson of Ira; two granddaughters, Whitney Dodson of Snyder and Shaylee Dodson of Ira; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
