Angel Alberez Sosa, 79, died Monday, Oct. 14, 2019 in Colorado City.
Funeral service for Mr. Sosa will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Mitchell County Cemetery in Colorado City.
A rosary will be held at 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Born on Aug. 2, 1940 in Mertzon to Susano and Angela Sosa, he married Wanna Peel-Pewcharen in 2014 in Colorado City. He was a carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Wanna Sosa of Colorado City; two sons, Mark Sosa and Angel Sosa Jr., both of Colorado City; four daughters, Annette Sosa and Roy Lerma of O’Brien, Virginia Lara and her husband, Joe, of Snyder, Alicia Sosa of Alamogordo, N.M. and Josie Davis and her husband, Tom, of Abilene; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
