Ector Barboza
1961-2019
Ector Barboza, 58, of Snyder, died Monday, Sept. 16, 2019 at his residence.
Funeral service for Mr. Barboza will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Deacon John Bane officiating. The service will be under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
A rosary will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Charlie Vansickle
1935-2019
Charlie Vansickle, 84, died Thursday, Sept. 19, 2019 in Snyder.
Graveside service for Mr. Vansickle will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Bradshaw Cemetery, with the Rev. Darold Baldwin officiating. The service will be under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.
Mr. Vansickle was born on March 7, 1935 in Hamilton to Robert and Mildred (Pierce) Vansickle. He worked for Universal/Pool Energy Services from 1966-91 and later delivered for the Ford house for 10 years. He enjoyed his scratch off Lottery tickets.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mildred (Pierce) Vansickle; and four brothers, Robert Vansickle Jr., John Vansickle, Woody Vansickle and Clint Vansickle.
Survivors include one son, Charles Vansickle of Snyder; one daughter, Pam Vansickle, and Sondra Wilkinson, of Abilene; and one sister, Virginia Best of Hamilton.
