James Davis
1953-2019
James Ernest Davis, 65, of Abilene and formerly of Snyder, died Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019 at Abilene Regional Medical Center in Abilene. 
A memorial service for Mr. Davis will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019 at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Ken Spoor officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
He was born on Oct. 31, 1953 in Snyder to Ernest Wade and Elois Bell (Williams) Davis.
He was preceded in death by a his parents and a sister, Laurel Davis.
He is survived by a sister, Cynthia Darlin and husband, Charles, of Snyder; a son, James Ernest Davis Jr. of Abilene; a daughter, Dora Davis of Abilene; and two step-children, Mercedes and Levi.

Mickey Nunley
1939-2019
Mickey Nunley, 80, of Snyder, died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2019 at Cogdell Memorial Hospital. Services are pending at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home. 

Marie Voss
1935-2019
Doris Marie Voss, 84, of Snyder Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019 at Good Life Senior Living in Snyder. 
Services for Mrs. Voss will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2019 at 37th Street Church of Christ with Mr. Darrell Chappell officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m. today at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
Mrs. Voss was born on Sept. 10, 1935 in Colorado City to Huron and Ethel (Luce) Gist. She married Billy Voss on March 2, 1955 in Colorado City. He preceded her in death on April 11, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a sister, Frances Hanson.
She is survived by three daughters, Jennifer Bufkin and her husband, Larry, of Snyder, Lisa Crump and her husband, Mickey, of Colorado Springs, Colo. and Billie Bright and her husband, Mike, of Baird; a sister, Dorothy Borland of Midland;  four grandchildren, Brad Hinton and his wife, Misty, of Snyder; Leslie Dukes and her husband, Mike, of Colorado Springs, Colo., Shay Franks and his wife, Ashlye, of Midland and Chad Franks and his wife, Madison, of Katy; and seven great-grandchildren, Brite Hinton, Madison Hinton, Lailah Dukes, Paxton Franks, Beckham Franks, Emmery Franks and Easton Franks
