Stephen "Steve" Beckham, 72, died Sept. 3, 2020.
At his request, there will be no services. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.
Mr. Beckham was born Aug. 3, 1948, in Graham to Caswell and Mary (Lemons) Beckham. He married June Raines on June 27, 2003, in Snyder.
Steve spent most all his life in the oilfield and when time permitted, loved to travel and fish and just be with friends. His favorite destination was Big Bend and longed to return there. He loved with a gentle, caring heart and would help anyone he could.
He leaves behind not only a grieving family, but a host of relatives and friends that cared for him deeply. The family thanks all that touched his life and brought him happiness.
Survivors include his wife; his stepson, Todd Owens and wife, Karen, of Snyder; his stepdaughter, Chassy Raines of Snyder; two daughters, Elizabeth Collins and husband, Chad, of Ft. Worth, and Robyn Belcher of Snyder; seven grandchildren, Dakota and Josh Owens of Lubbock, Ashlyn Palacios of Snyder, Chelsea Johnson Collins and Colin Collins of Ft. Worth, Kyleigh Belcher of Snyder and Austin Belcher of Ft. Worth; and three siblings, Nora Owens of Lake Colorado City, Judy Bynum of Midland and Mike Beckham of Graham.
