WESTBROOK — The Ira Bulldogs clinched a Class 1A playoff berth with a 47-45 overtime time at Westbrook on Friday.
The game was tied at 8-8 after the first quarter and 12-12 at halftime. The score was tied at 26-26 going into the fourth quarter. The Bulldogs outscored Westbrook 7-5 in overtime.
Karson Valentine finished with 13 points. Anthony Sosa had 12 points and Brayden Corley added 10 points.
Ira (12-14, 6-3) will conclude the regular season by hosting Borden County Monday.

HERMLEIGH — The Hermleigh Cardinals defeated Highland, 47-34.
Eli Garza scored 16 points and Matt Gonzales had eight points. Richie Clement added six points.
The Cardinals (12-11, 6-3) will host Westbrook in the regular season finale Tuesday.
