HHS powerlifter finishes fourth at state meet

WACO — Hermleigh’s Amanda Long finished fourth in the 220-pound weight class at the Class 1A-2A Texas Women’s Coaches Powerlifting Association state meet Saturday.
Long lifted a total of 905 pounds — 375 pounds in the squat, a 155-pound bench press and a 375-pound deadlift.
