Nine teams will compete at Tiger Invitational

Nine teams will compete at this weekend’s Tiger Golf Invitational.
The first round will be held at the Scurry County Golf Court on Friday and Saturday’s second round will be held at the Sammy Baugh Golf Course.
The Snyder boys’ JV team will be the only local team at the tournament. Competing for Snyder will be Patrick Rodriguez, Colton Chapman, Eli McClain, Jay Beaver and Noah Grant.
Also scheduled to compete are Abilene Cooper, Lubbock Cooper, San Angelo Lake View, Lamesa, Kermit and Levelland.
“ The JV team has been working hard and progressed from last season,” Snyder head coach Ricky Hunter said. “I look for them to become more competitive as the season goes.”
