Image Hermleigh’s Eli Garza runs the 100-meter dash at the Wind Energy Relays. Garza finished fifth. Ira’s Abby Manning cleared a hurdle during the 100-meter hurdles. Manning was fifth. Ira scored 129 points to win the boys’ team championship.
