Defense took center stage at Tiger Gym Saturday when Lubbock Coronado edged the Snyder Tiger boys’ basketball team, 30-24. Coronado took an early lead, scoring the game’s first four points. Snyder senior Michael Jaramillo went 3-4 from the free throw line late in the quarter and senior Zach Miller made a free throw, leaving Snyder trailing 6-4 heading into the second quarter.
