Western Texas College won one of four baseball games at Clarendon College over the weekend.
WTC won the first game of the series, 11-2, before losing the final three games to end the season with a 17-34 overall record and 12-24 record in the Western Junior College Athletic Conference.
The Bulldogs earned the doubleheader split on Saturday with a 19-18 win in Game 2.
Clarendon swept Sunday’s doubleheader, 6-5 and 19-11.

Softball
WTC was swept at Clarendon College over the weekend in a Western Junior College Athletic Conference series.
WTC (19-29) will enter the Region V West Tournament as the No. 6 seed and will meet Odessa College at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Lubbock Christian University.
Clarendon limited the Lady Westerners to two hits in winning Game 1 of the series, 7-0. WTC managed only five hits in a 12-0 loss in Game 2 on Saturday.
On Sunday, the Lady Bulldogs shutout WTC 13-0 in Game 3 and 11-0 in Game 4.
