VERNON — The Western Texas College baseball team defeated Vernon College 15-4 on Wednesday.
Tyler Dick hit two singles and a double with four RBIs. while Garrett Scott hit two singles with three RBIs. Ramiro Sanchez had a single and double with two RBIs while Donovan Lopez hit two singles.
WTC (1-1) will play Temple College at 3 p.m. and Angelina College at 6 p.m. Friday in Lufkin.
