WTC golfer wins medalist honors at tournament

SEGUIN — Emily Coleman won medalist honors by shooting 146 to lead the Western Texas College Lady Westerner golf team to a fourth place finish at the Texas Lutheran Lady Bulldog Fall Classic at the Starcke Park Municipal Golf Course Tuesday.

The Lady Westerners shot 328 during both rounds for a tournament score of 656.

Coleman shot rounds of 75 and 71. Kayla Bartley (77-78—155) finished third in the individual standings, followed by Sara Falcon (81-77—158), who played as an individual, in seventh place.

McKenna Henderson (86-77—163) finished in a tie for 20th place. Sydney Bowman (90-77—167) was 26th and Bailee Watt (90-81—171) finished tied for 27th.
